(Fox Rochester) - The holiday season is fast-approaching and Weight Watchers' Katie Bauer was on Good Day Rochester with tips on how to stay healthy and active in the colder months.

She suggests to keep moving by taking walks during your lunch break and eating healthier comfort food.

This can include hearty turkey chili, mini zucchini quiche and apple crisp. These recipes can be found on the Weight Watchers website.

Weight Watchers is collaborating with the American Cancer Society with Project L.I.F.T. to give members and non-members free resources to get back on track post-treatment.
