92-year-old still running strong
May is Older Americans Month, and who better to talk to than John Burke.
The 92-year-old World War II veteran recently completed a 5K run in 57 minutes. His motto is "I'm happy to be alive." He says he takes part in several races each year and enjoys staying fit.
He visited Good Day Rochester this morning, along with Ellen Brenner-Boutillier, co-owner of Fleet Feet Sports, to talk about how older people, and all people, can stay fit and active regardless of their age.
