May is Celiac Awareness Month. It's a disease many people have heard of but not might know much about.

The disease affects approximately 3 million people in the U.S., but only an estimated 5 percent actually know they have it.

Nutritionist Kelly Springer joined us, along with Celina Rescott, who just recently found out she has celiac. They explained what the disease is, how serious it can be, and how nutrition plays a key role in helping patients.
