Local attorney discusses Matt Lauer case

NBC fired 'Today' show host Matt Lauer after a co-worker accused him of inappropriate behavior at work.

After news broke this morning that NBC fired 'Today' show host Matt Lauer following allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior, we got a chance to talk to local attorney Scott Mooney about what an employer is responsible for when an employee accuses a co-worker of sexual misconduct.

He also explained why so many employers are facing more pressure in handling such allegations, even though sexual harassment laws haven't changed.
