St. Stanislaus hosts celebration of Polish heritage

The festival is happening Friday and Saturday at St. Stanislaus Church on Hudson Avenue

A celebration of all things Polish is happening this weekend in Rochester.

The annual St. Stanislaus Polish Arts Festival is scheduled for Friday (5-10 p.m.) and Saturday (3-10 p.m.) at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church on Hudson Avenue.

Friday night includes live music by Jasiu Klocek and Salt City Brass, with the Concertina All Stars from Buffalo performing Saturday.

The event also includes games of chance, kids games, a $4000 raffle and of course Polish dinners.

A few volunteers from the festival visited Good Day Rochester this morning to run down all the activities going on at this year's event.
