Greece, N.Y. (WHAM) - A Greece man who admitted to having tens of thousands of images of child pornography had his bail revoked by a federal judge.

On October 11, Kevin DiMartino pleaded guilty to one federal count of possession of child pornography. He had agreed to serve six to eight years in federal prison after originally facing up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

One week later, law enforcement learned of an investigation into DiMartino for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under the age of ten.

Details outlined in court documents state the boy was interviewed at the Bivona Advocacy Center. Court records show the boy's mother confirmed the same information with law enforcement.

DiMartino was scheduled to be sentenced on January 11, 2018. It is unclear if that date remains in place.

On Friday afternoon, family members who gathered in federal court in support of DiMartino spoke with 13WHAM News after the hearing.

13WHAM News will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
