Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - A Rochester man and woman who are already charged with murdering a man back in May were arraigned Thursday morning in a second murder case.

Syjesman Brown, 32, and Imani Williams, 28, were arraigned on second-degree murder charges after an indictment was unsealed in front of Monroe County Court Judge Vincent Dinolfo.

Brown and Williams were each charged with two counts of second-degree murder for the deaths of Alexander Powell and David Jones.

On May 14, Rochester Police found 24-year-old Alexander Powell dead in a vacant lot on Miller Street. His death was ruled a homicide.

Less than two weeks later on May 27, Rochester Police were called to the pedestrian bridge in Genesee Valley Park for the report of a person on fire. The body of David Jones was found.

Last month, Brown and Williams were arrested and charged in Jones' murder.

Both Brown and Williams are scheduled to appear in Monroe County Court on December 20.
