Jerry's going to put the sauces on top of his huevos rancheros next week.

In this week's installment of Soul Plates, Jerry Manley showed us his recipes for red and green sauces, a staple of Tex-Mex cuisine.

Jerry took us inside the kitchen of Texas Bar-B-Q Joint in Henrietta, where he cooks breakfast on weekends, to make the sauces, which he'll combine with huevos rancheros next week.
