Blood drive honors memory of Fairport Angels

It's now been more than a decade since an accident killed five young women who had just graduated from Fairport High School.

Now 11 years later, the memory of Hannah Congdon, Bailey Goodman, Meredith McClure, Sara Monnat and Katie Shirley lives on in the community.

A blood drive will be held in their memory tomorrow from 1-7 p.m. at St. John of Rochester Church in Perinton.

Katie Shirley's mother, Stephanie, joined us on Good Day Rochester this morning to talk about the drive and how the community has helped her family since the accident.
