Dimitri House hosts annual auction fundraiser

The Dimitri House on Union Street has been serving Rochester's homeless population for 18 years.

The Dimitri House has been helping the homeless in Rochester since 2000.

This year marks the home's 16th annual Wine, Dine & Share Masquerade Ball.

It's happening Sunday from 5:30-10 p.m. at the Memorial Art Gallery.

The event includes music, a silent auction and food from Brown Hound Downtown.

Amy Edward, board president of the Dimitri House, joined us this morning to talk about the event, the home's mission and its namesake.
