American culture tends to view aging as a period of decline, especially for women. But National Mature Women's Day seeks to challenge that stigma by recognizing mature and confident women who prove that life is about continuing to grow and be a positive role model as you age.
National Mature Women's Day, which took place on April 9th, aims to celebrate aging women by encouraging them to share their experiences and life lessons in order to combat loneliness and elevate the lives of others.
