Book covers business lessons from organized crime

Jerry Zimmerman, a professor at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, has written a new book about the management practices of criminal organizations.

It's called "Relentless", and it focuses on why organized crime continues to be relevant, while companies like Kodak and Sears go under.
