Walk The Walk: Encounters with our African-American Leaders

Landmark Society's "Walk The Walk" event brings Rochester's African-American Ancestors to life.

Frederick Douglass and more of Rochester's historical African-American leaders are brought back to life for the Landmark Society's annual "Walk The Walk" event.

The event is particularly tied this year to the bicentennial of Douglass' birth.

Walk the Walk is offered FREE during a single performance only – Friday, February 9th at 7 p.m. – at The Memorial AME Zion Church, 549 Clarissa Street in the historic Corn Hill District.

The Landmark Society's Cindy Boyer and actor Shawn Dunwoody (always fun) were on Good Day Rochester for a look ahead.
