Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - This Christmas season, you may have visions of gingerbread - not sugar plums - dancing in your head after seeing the sights at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center.

A gingerbread house concocted and created by executive pastry chef Vicki Cassidy and Allison Stanton is marvelous.

The theme of the house this year: A Salute To American Farm Life. The theme is complete with a farmhouse, barn, haystacks and a cow.

The house is on proud display on the mezzanine level.

It took two weeks to create the house. And yes, everything was made from scratch!
