Police: Man passed out behind wheel next to State Police barracks, charged with DWI
Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - State Police arrested a man early Sunday morning after they said he was found passed out next to the State Police barracks in Rochester.
According to troopers, they found 40-year-old Preston Peterson passed out behind the wheel of a car on Scottsville Road near Rt. 390 around 3 a.m.
Peterson allegedly showed signs of being drunk and failed sobriety tests. He was arrested and taken to the State Police barracks next door.
A breath test showed Peterson had a BAC of 0.18 percent.
Peterson was charged with DWI. He is scheduled to be back in Chili Town Court on August 16 at 6:30 p.m.
